InAudio provides previews under Creative Commons Attribution Unported 3.0 (CC BY 3.0) which means you are free to:
Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
Adapt — transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.
Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
No additional restrictions — You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.

1. BASIC
Yes. All InAudio music is written, composed and recorded by us. We own 100% rights to all tracks from our collection and have no obligations to third parties.
No. You are not allowed to process and release your own Phonogram, which means that you cannot remix, remake or add vocals to our music in order to release a new produced audio track on streaming services, this is a severe violation of the license. We do not lease beats. There is a $500 fine for such a violation. You cannot resell the tracks from InAudio without our consent in any way.
Unlike other “copyright free music” sites, we own 100% of our tracks. This means that we can resolve any monetization issues quickly and without the involvement of third parties. Our clients can be sure that in case of any problems with Content ID, we will be able to solve in the shortest possible time.
2. LICENSES
To do this, you need to subscribe. Click the “Pricing” tab and select the desired type of subscription. After the payment, the icon “License PDF” will appear next to each track. Click on it to download the license generated specially for your account on InAudio.
Please pay attention that some of our tracks have the inscription “Content ID” in the title, which means that this music can only be used by InAudio users with the paid subscription plan. If you would like to use a track labeled “Content ID”, YouTube will automatically send you a Copyright Claim. You can easily remove it by following these instructions:
1. Please, send a link to the video in which you have used this track, to our email [email protected].
2. We will whitelist your video and YouTube will remove the claim shortly and return your monetization in a few days or even hours. Once YouTube is aware that you are the owner of the right to monetize the video, you will receive monetization for the entire period.
You will not lose your money. Please do not hesitate to use this type of our music. If you are making a video for a client, just send us a link to their video for whitelisting when it is available.
You can also use this type of music on Facebook or Instagram without any problems.
You can use InAudio music in any video to avoid copyright claims on the YouTube, Facebook and Instagram platforms. You can include music in YouTube videos on your own channels, no matter how many subscribers and views you have, in Facebook and Instagram videos on your own pages.
You can also use InAudio music in local advertisements, independent films and other video products created by you or your team, including for commercial use.
Feel free to use it as you wish, once or multiple times, adding other music to the same video, cutting it out, etc.
No, since you have paid for a subscription, you have the right not to indicate the author of music and the service InAudio, including any links, this remains at your discretion.
You can use our “free” tracks in your video and keep your monetization, but under the one condition: you need to leave a link to the track at https://inaudio.org in the video description. To get a license you need to subscribe to the service.

Yes you can! All our catalog is available for using in any kind of podcasts.
Please make sure you don’t use any other music which may receive YouTube ID claims, in the same podcast. Please do not upload our music to the YouTube Content ID system as part of your podcast.

Yes. You can use our library for both commercial and noncommercial projects. You can use music in local advertisements, independent films and other video products created by you or your team, including for commercial use.
Please note that there is some kind of limitation for commercial projects. If you wish to use InAudio Music for large scale corporate purposes such as being included in a commercial for a federal television, a non independent film or series, and if you represent a large corporation, you need an additional permission and a license to use it, please contact us via email: [email protected]. We will be able to discuss the terms with you and form an extended license agreement as soon as possible so that your rights are fully protected.
If you are a subscriber of inaudio, we advise you to add your YouTube channel to the whitelist. To do this, click on “My Account”, “My Channels”, insert your YouTube channel ID, and click on “Add to Whitelist”.
If you are not a subscriber of Inaudio and have received a copyright claim, follow the instructions:
1. go to inaudio.org and register

2.Then go to the “remove claim” section in your account.
3. Copy the suggested link and paste it into the description of your YouTube video (if you do not have a paid subscription to inaudio.org. Paid subscribers are not required to leave a link in the description). Please do not ignore this.
Please do not ignore this, as our bot will notice if you did not insert a link during subsequent scanning of your video, and will send a new Copyright Claim to your video. You will no longer be able to remove it, as you have violated the rules and conditions of legal use of our music, and you will lose monetization.
4. Paste the link to the video where you received the claim from inaudio.
5. The system will remove the claim within a few minutes.
6. Do not remove the link from the video description after that under any circumstances.

3. SUBSCRIPTION
You will be able to use our library for both commercial and noncommercial projects. You can use our music in advertisements, independent films and other video products created by you or your team.

Click on “My Account” in the top right corner. Next, click “Subscriptions” and cancel your subscription.
After purchasing a subscription, our system will create an account for you automatically.
You get an access to our entire catalogue throughout the year. We are constantly adding new tracks in different genres.
No, the license is issued upon downloading the track and subscribing and will be valid indefinitely. You need to subscribe to get a license, but you don’t need to renew your subscription for the license to remain valid (for each individual video).
No, if you created this video when the subscription was active, then you should not delete it, it can be on the Internet for an unlimited time. But according to our rules, uploading videos with our music is possible with an active subscription only. This means that you cannot subscribe, download all tracks, then unsubscribe and continue to use that music.
If you are a subscriber of inaudio, we advise you to add your YouTube channel to the whitelist. To do this, click on “My Account”, “My Channels”, insert your YouTube channel ID, and click on “Add to Whitelist”.
You can add up to 5 YouTube channels to the whitelist. These channels should belong to you or your clients.
Yes, you can add your clients’ YouTube channels to the whitelist.
No, you will not lose your monetization.
4. BUYING THE TRACKS AND SUPPORT
Every week we manage to upload several new tracks in different genres to our InAudio catalog.
Please send a message to [email protected] with a description of the issue and we will begin to resolve your issue as quickly as possible. Please be sure to include which email address you used to subscribe if you are sending it from a different email address.
Yes. Please send your wishes and expectations to [email protected] if you need an exclusive product, and we will offer you the best we can.
5. PAYMENTS
We use the completely secure Paddle system to accept payments. It is absolutely safe for your personal and payment details.
No, VAT is a value added tax. It is added to the subscription cost separately.
